About the event
Synagogues are unlike many other workplaces. When you're new to the field, there's a lot to learn! Join RTS for 3 sessions, combined with networking and community building, designed for staff members who are new to working in religious institutions. Topics addressed include:
- Jewish Communal Landscape
- Collaboration with Staff, Clergy, and Lay-Leadership
- Financial Systems and Membership Models
- Relationships and Customer Service
All professionals welcome. No Jewish or communal expertise neccessary.
