Engagement Tracking Workshop

Engagement is the buzzword of Jewish community right now, but what do we really mean when we talk about it? Caroline and Ellie will introduce a tool that helps engagement professionals measure engagement on an individual basis and at a congregational level. By collecting data intentionally and measuring it systemically, participants will be able to use the information collected to make strategic decisions about programming and engagement strategy.

Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is helpful but a template will be provided.
